A former NFL running back has gotten off with a light sentence, despite video evidence of how badly he attacked his girlfriend.
Former NFL player Zac Stacy has been sentenced to six months in jail and one year of probation. The sentence came down on Monday. Stacy pleaded guilty to attacking his ex-girlfriend in her home in 2021.
Earlier this month, he pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal mischief. Battery charges were dropped with his plea agreement.
Stacy was arrested in 2021 after the graphic video was shared.
The above video shows Kristin Evans being thrown into a TV stand and hit in her home in Oakland. Evans claimed that Stacy punched her several times in the head.
Stacy retired from the NFL in 2017.WANT MORE FROM TOTALPROSPORTS? FOLLOW US ON GOOGLE NEWS.
