
Former Oklahoma State wide receiver Justin Blackmon was reportedly arrested this weekend.
Blackmon, a standout for the Cowboys during his time in college, is set to be inducted into the program’s Ring of Honor this year. But he has found himself in trouble with the law in the wake of the announcement.
A mugshot bearing the name Justin Carl Blackmon has been circulating on social media, with the former player understood to have been apprehended for public intoxication.

Blackmon played for Oklahoma State from 2009 to 2011, registering 253 receptions for 3,464 yards and 40 touchdowns. A two-time unanimous All-American, he won the Bletnikoff Award in 2010 and 2011.
Justin Blackmon Has Been Arrested Multiple Times

The Jacksonville Jaguars made Blackmon the fifth-overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, and he would go on to make 64 catches for 865 receiving yards as a rookie, adding five touchdowns. He made the All-Rookie Team that season but played just four games the following year due to a pair of suspensions from the league. He has not played in the NFL since the 2013 season.

Justin Blackmon has had several brushes with the law over the past several years, having been arrested for marijuana possession in 2014 and DUI in 2015. He was sentenced to a year in prison for the latter, but it was suspended pending a year’s probation.
The 35-year-old was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame last year. He will be inducted into Oklahoma State’s Ring of Honor this November.
