Dallas Cowboys tight ends had quite the Thanksgiving game on Thursday.
Dallas tight end Peyton Hendershot turned his only carry into a two-yard touchdown during Thursday’s win over the Giants.
Dak Prescott threw two touchdown passes to tight end Dalton Schultz to give the tight end three total touchdowns on the night.
After the final score, broadcaster Greg Olsen made an off-handed remark about those three tight ends scoring making his tight end happy. Wait…what?
“Three touchdowns by tight ends makes my tight end happy.”
It should be noted that Olsen is a former tight end.
The Cowboys delivered a win over the Giants on Thanksgiving Day, and they also delivered an iconic touchdown celebration. Dallas tight end Peyton Hendershot was joined by three teammates, who jumped into a giant Salvation Army donation bucket beyond the end zone. Hendershot then held the football as a prop and pretended to play Whack-A-Mole with his teammates as the moles.
Cowboys’ fans loved their celebration but all four of them may end up getting fined for it.
Dak Prescott completed 21-of-30 pass attempts for 261 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions while adding two rushes for four yards in Thursday’s 28-20 win over the Giants.WANT MORE FROM TOTALPROSPORTS? FOLLOW US ON GOOGLE NEWS.
