Jackson Mahomes, the 22-year-old social media influencer and younger brother of Kansas City Chiefs star quarterback Patrick Mahomes, has been placed under arrest and there are not a lot of people who are upset about it.
The often controversial brother of the Chiefs QB was charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and a fourth count of battery. He was booked into the Johnson County Detention Center on a $100,000 bond.
The entire situation stems from an accusation by the owner of an Overland Park restaurant in which he allegedly assaulted her and shoved a waiter in separate incidents.
Footage online shows Mahomes at Aspens Restaurant and Bar Lounge in Overland Park and him kissing the 40-year-old owner. Not exactly something he can deny.

Authorities have requested a $100,000 bond in this case. He is scheduled for his first court appearance Friday.

It’s far from the first controversy for the NFL superstar’s brother, who has also been criticized for dumping a water bottle on opposing fans at a Chiefs game, dancing on the memorial for late Washington safety Sean Taylor, and getting into a public feud with a different Kansas city bar.
As far as his brother goes, he is fresh off winning his second Super Bowl and trying to get ready to go back-to-back.
The distractions his brother keeps causing can be good for his mental health.
