When you throw 30 interceptions and a slew of Pick-6 touchdowns to the other team, it’s time to see about your eyes.
Jameis Winston has done just that.
The Tampa Bay Bucs quarterback has reportedly underwent LASIK surgery to repair his vision, Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Winston posted a picture on Instagram that showed him wearing really big, dark sunglasses.
The procedure reshapes the cornea to enable light entering the eye to properly focus onto the retina for clearer vision.
The 25-year-old quarterback finished his 2019 season with 33 touchdowns, 30 interceptions and 5,109 passing yards, tops in the NFL.
The last pass Jameis Winston threw for the Buccaneers ended the same way the first pass he threw for Tampa Bay did five years ago: a pick-six.
