During Sunday’s game between the New York Giants and the Indianapolis Colts, Giants pass rusher Kayvon Thibodeaux sacked Colts quarterback Nick Foles that sent him into a celebration where he did snow angels on the turf.
The problem with his timing is that Foles was laying right next to him, obviously injured and in intense pain.
Kayvon Thibodeaux‘s antics caused quite a stir in the NFL world with plenty of people taking to social media to blast the pass rusher. And after the game, Colts head coach Jeff Saturday revealed his thoughts on the situation.
According to ESPN’s Stephen Holder, Saturday said the veteran QB is “really sore” and will miss Week 18’s regular-season finale before calling Thibodeaux’s celebration “tasteless” and “trash.” He also wanted the Colts lineman to intervene.

After the game, Thibodeaux defended his celebration, saying that he didn’t know Foles was injured before his celebration.
“When I did realize that he was hurt, that’s when we started getting up,” he said after the game according to ESPN. “When you’re doing a celebration, you’re not looking to see who’s doing what. But I hope he gets well and I hope he’s all right.”
His behavior put a damper on the Giants victory that sent them into the playoffs.
