Detroit Lions Player Was Knocked Out Cold After Getting Run Over By Bears QB Justin Fields On TD Run (VIDEO)

Justin Fields did it all on this play and one Lions defender paid for it dearly.

With about 20 seconds left in the first half, the Chicago Bears quarterback evaded multiple defenders as he ran towards the end zone.

Fields would lower his shoulder and get the touchdown, but not before he knocked out a Lions defender.
