I think it’s safe to say that the questions surrounding the Carolina Panthers parting ways with Cam Newton should all cease right now.
The Panthers have now lost 4 in a row after the team lost 29-21 to the Washington Redskins on Sunday at home.
Faced with a 4th-and-goal in that game and having the ability to score and possibly tie it, backup QB Kyle Allen had a wide open Jarius Wright in the flat, but elected to run backwards 17 yards and then fumble the ball and the game away.
