More details have emerged following news of a lawsuit being filed by NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs against a former fling.
The Houston Texans star is reported to have filed a suit against model and TV personality Mulan Hernandez for threatening to end his career and trying to extort millions from him.
According to TMZ Sports, Diggs had the necessary documents processed this week and notes that Mulan, who he had been seeing casually for months, showed up at his apartment around 6:00 a.m. on June 7, 2024, and started to “aggressively berate” him after an apparent night of parting.
Diggs says Hernandez went into his gaming room and refused to leave when he asked, destroying an expensive computer and a $130,000 watch. He claims the model even threw his phone into the toilet.

Per TMZ:
“Diggs says he proceeded to distance himself from Hernandez following the incident … and after several failed attempts to connect, she allegedly resorted to an extortion attempt with help from her friend, Brianna Mack, who was also present at his home during the altercation.”
Stefon Diggs Claims Mulan Hernandez Told Different Stories To Different Doctors

He adds that Hernandez went to a hospital the night of June 7 after experiencing nausea and vomiting because she fell on a wet kitchen floor but went to a different provider a week later, claiming she had those same symptoms after being “punched in the back of the head with a closed fist.”
He denies hitting her, adding there was no contact between them before her second doctor’s visit.
The WR also claims Hernandez and Mack have been trying to extort him for millions of dollars. He’s now suing both of them for trespass, intentional infliction of emotional distress, assisting or encouraging/aiding and abetting, and conspiracy.
Hernandez is also being sued for assault. The player is looking for monetary relief of over $250,000 but no more than $1 million.
