When the Oakland Raiders were chosen for HBO’s Hard Knocks earlier this week, many of us were excited about the prospects of getting an in-depth look at how Antonio Brown adapts to his new environment after being traded from Pittsburgh.
Well, it looks like we didn’t even have to wait for Hard Knocks to begin in order to get our first look at AB in the Silver & Black. That’s because the Raiders just released this awesome mic’d up look at Brown doing his thing during the Raiders’ mandatory minicamp.
Not only does AB appear to be in midseason form, but he also looks like he’s been getting along great with all his new teammates, especially quarterback Derek Carr.
We should point out that those defensive backs that Brown was burning downfield belong to the same Oakland secondary that was torched on a regular basis last season. So Raiders fans may not want to get too excited just yet. But seeing their shiny new toy catching passes from his new QB and getting along with his new teammates is certainly a step in the right direction.
