Pacman Jones isn’t so sure he is a starter n the NFL at this point of his career. The former NFL cornerback said on “The Pat McAfee Show” Tuesday that he had a conversation with Newton and asked him if he’d be willing to be a backup.
“I think that’s the biggest question with Cam right now. Will he be willing to be a backup? I don’t know,” Jones said.
Per AL.com’s Tom Green, Newton completed 28 of his 34 pass attempts during his throwing session. He had one drop and a couple of overthrows.
