Mark Walton continues to have a terrible post-football career. Back in February, the former NFL running back found himself being arrested for the 5th time in fifteen months.
He finally took a break in 2020, but his bad ways have followed him into 2021.
The former Miami Dolphins running back was arrested over the weekend at a Pizza Hut in Miami for trying to break the store’s windows. According to police, Walton was felt he was “disrespected” when placing an order on the phone.
Paramedics also had to show up after Walton allegedly beat up his own cousin outside of the restaurant.
Walton was selected in the fourth round by the Bengals in the 2018 NFL Draft. The franchise would cut him prior to the 2019 season after his involvement in three drug-related arrests between January and March.
The Miami Dolphins would pick him up, but part ways with him midway through the 2019 season after he was arrested for allegedly assaulting a pregnant women.
Months of investigation would lead to the State of Florida to drop the charges in May 2020. He remains a free agent, and his latest charges will likely keep him there forever.
