Sunday’s game between the Buffalo Bills and the Cleveland Browns will not be played at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York, as a massive snowstorm has dumped large amounts of snow in the area.
On Thursday, the NFL announced that the game had been moved to Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan, due to the impending weather. Judging by the photos and videos, it looks like that decision was made correctly
In the meantime, Fox Weather reported that 77 inches (nearly 6.5 feet) of snow had fallen on Orchard Park, NY as of Saturday morning. SIX FEET!
On Friday, Orchard Park received 36 inches of snow. You can see just how fast that snow is coming down. The Bills couldn’t practice on Friday because of the weather.
The Browns (3–6) and the Bills (6–3) are scheduled to kick off at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday.
The Bills badly need this win as they have not been playing good football lately. In his last three games, Allen has thrown six of his 10 interceptions on the season. It’s the first stretch of his career with three straight games of multiple interceptions, and he’s on pace for a career-high 18 interceptions.
If he plays mistake-free football and the team contains Nick Chubb, the AFC East team should come out of their with a win.
