On Friday morning’s edition of Get Up, the panel started to share a story about former Ohio State linebacker Bobby Carpenter removing his toenails before a football season would begin, so they wouldn’t get smashed up and just grow in as the season progressed.
Sam ponder did not like the talk about toenails and feet while many people were at home eating their breakfast.
That made Rex Ryan take a shot at his own past by stating, “well, let’s not talk about feet,” to which Sam Ponder reacted hilariously by almost walking off set as she laughed.
If you don’t know the backstory, Ryan, during his time with the Jets, had several videos emerge of what appeared to be his wife showing off her feet while the camera guy, who is believed to be Ryan, speaks to her.
It’s been nearly 10 years since that happened and he still has a great sense of humor about it.
