Stefon Diggs is fighting back.
The Houston Texans wide receiver is planning to play defense in the offseason after he and his lawyers filed a six-count lawsuit in Harris County.
Diggs has reportedly filed a lawsuit against Brianna “Brii” Mack and Mia Jones.
Jones is most notably known as TV personality Mulan Hernandez. She famously once dated NBA player Bol Bol and accused him of cheating on her.
His lawsuit is claiming that he was punched in the chest by Jones, “threatened with a deadly weapon,” and is the victim of a “tale of abuse to extort millions of dollars.”
This entire situation stems from an alleged incident from June 2024 when Mack and Jones were accused of trashing Diggs’ property and refusing to leave.

Filing documents state Jones went to a Houston hospital early that morning for “nausea and vomiting” after a “long night of partying” and was discharged within an hour after denying suffering “physical abuse of any kind.” Jones then made a second medical visit one week later, documents state, claiming she was “punched in the back of the head with a closed fist.”
Stefon Diggs enjoyed a solid season with the Houston Texans that ended prematurely, but now, he has to deal with going back and forth with these two ladies.
Diggs now hopes to seek damages for “defendant misconduct and the destruction of his property.”
The relationship between Diggs and Jones goes back some years, as social media posts show her calling him out for constantly posting about her, even though they had been broken up for at least six months.
Will Stefon Diggs Be Back With The Texans?

During the 2024 season, Stefon Diggs played eight games with the Texans before suffering a season-ending ACL tear in late October. He finished his season with 47 catches for 496 yards and three touchdowns.
The 31-year-old wideout is currently a free agent.
It’s possible he will remain in Houston, according to Texans general manager Nick Caserio.
“Stef is rehabbing, he’s going to be a free agent here,” Caserio said, via KPRC2’s Aaron Wilson. “We’re going to have discussions with all our free agents. Stef did a lot of good things for our team. We’re certainly open to bringing him back, got to work through process.”
