Jason Whitlock turned everyone off with his comment about Jaxson Dart’s mother during the NFL Draft on Thursday.
Dart was selected as the 26th-overall pick, with the New York Jets bringing him in as another option after signing both Jameis Winston and Russell Wilson.
The rookie quarterback’s mother, Kara Dart, stole the show when cameras caught her while she celebrated with him, something Whitlock and many others would allude to.

Why Did This Sound So Bad Coming From Jason Whitlock?
As noted above, Jason Whitlock was hardly the only one with something to say about Dart’s mom. However, he’s not the most-liked personality on the internet, given that many people have picked a side in his longstanding beef with Stephen A. Smith.
He’s also highly critical of Deion and Shedeur Sanders, something which has made him some enemies over the years.
There’s also the fact that Jason claims to be a devout Christian and shares his analysis with a “Biblical view.” Of course, his tweet was in no way over the top, but it did suggest that he was thinking with his “smaller head,” as he likes to call it, when he typed it out.
In any case, there were still plenty of people in the comments who agreed with his take.
