Former NFL running back Brandon Jacobs did something in his younger years that he wishes he could take back.
The 42-year-old, who won the Super Bowl twice during the first of two stints with the New York Giants, went incredibly viral this week when he took to his X account and had the most random admission about his life.
“Yall wanna know something that bothers me?” Jacobs asked on X.
“I am 42 years old, and I regret losing my virginity to the person I lost it to,’ Brandon Jacobs said on Thursday. ‘It means nothing, but I wish it was another person other than her.”

Jacobs has two children with his wife, Kim. They got married back in 2005. Their children are now 18 and 14.
Kim was pregnant back in 2–6, so his sexual encounter that happened likely happened more than 20 years ago.

Brandon Jacobs Admits To Doing Cocaine Before A Game

Ex-Giants running back Brandon Jacobs won two Super Bowls with the franchise, where he played from 2005 to 2011 and again in 2013.
Back in 2024, he was in a sharing mood.
In an episode of the Raw Room podcast, Jacobs details the night he went for 338 yards and four touchdowns in high school, which he did while high off that “white girl.”
“It was one of my homeboys; he had graduated the year before me,” Jacobs explained, referring to who gave him the drug. “I was walking into the weight room and he’s like ‘Hey guess what I got? I got that white girl.'”
“I’m like yeah, lemme try it…338 yards, four touchdowns,” he continued. “Killed It. I destroyed it.”
For those unaware, Brandon Jacobs is referring to cocaine.
Without cocaine, Jacobs still went on to be a force to be reckoned with on the field. He won two rings with the Giants and still holds the franchise record for the most career rushing touchdowns.
Imagine what he could’ve done if he was still on it in the league.
