
Justin Fields is having quite the week.
The dynamic quarterback is having a good time in Dubai and also got some good news.
Before NFL free agency officially opened on Monday, the free-agent quarterback took to his Instagram Story to post a photo from his vacation in Dubai.
While out of the country, Fields reportedly agreed to terms on a two-year contract worth $40 million with the New York Jets.
Hours later, Justin Fields would be captured on video seemingly celebrating the news of his lucrative contract while at dinner with the likes of Micah Parsons, Bijan Robinson and Kyle Pitts.

Fields was traded to Pittsburgh from the Chicago Bears last offseason and was expected to spend the year as the backup to veteran quarterback Russell Wilson. However, he got a chance to show what he had when he was thrust into the starting role at the beginning of the season after Wilson suffered a calf injury toward the end of training camp.

He started six games and went 4-2 before being benched for Russell Wilson.
He finished the year with 1,106 yards, five touchdowns with one interception through the air, with 289 yards and five more scores on the ground across 10 games. In his limited time on the field, Justin Fields also set a new career-high by completing 65.8 percent of his passes.

The Bears gave up on him, and then the Steelers picked Russell Wilson over him.
Now, Justin Fields has a really good chance of restarting his career.
The Jets are hoping to find a viable replacement for veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers, and all signs point to Fields after they gave him a huge new deal.
A change of scenery may be what he needs to show people why the Chicago Bears selected him 11th overall in the 2021 NFL draft.
