Former NFL star tight end Rob Gronkowski has been retired from football for three years, but he’s not using that as an excuse to decrease his time in the gym.
The 35-year-old Gronkowski, who won four Super Bowls in his legendary playing career, retired from football (for good) in 2022, after a short and sweet two-year tenure with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. “Gronk” works as a Fox NFL analyst and occasionally on other sports-related programming, including WWE.
Rob Gronkowski held his “Gronk Beach bash” in Las Vegas on Sunday as part of the WrestleMania 41 festivities. At one point, a fired-up Gronk went shirtless and showed everyone his shredded body.
And yes, he looks like somebody who could still play in the NFL:

Gronkowski retired from football in 2019 after helping the New England Patriots to a Super Bowl 53 championship, having suffered a long string of serious injuries that took a toll on his body.
But when Tom Brady left the Pats for the Buccaneers in 2020, Rob Gronkowski decided to come out of retirement and reunite with his old friend. The Pats traded him to the Bucs for a fourth-round draft choice, adding another star to the Bucs’ new-look dream team.
