Quinton Dunbar and DeAndre Baker are either going to miss a ton of games or they won’t be playing in the National Football League ever again.
The Miramar Police Department announced on Twitter that arrest warrants have been sent out for the Giants cornerback and Seahawks cornerback for four counts of Armed Robbery with a Firearm and four counts of Aggravated Assault with a Firearm.
TMZ reported Dunbar and Baker were at a cookout when an argument broke out and Baker produced a semi-automatic firearm.
Dunbar was said to have assisted in taking watches and other valuables at the direction of Baker. Cops then said it almost became fatal when Baker directed an unknown man to shoot someone who had just walked into the party. Baker and Dunbar made out with over $7,000 in cash and valuable watches including an $18,000 Rolex watch, a $25,000 Hublot and a pricey Audemars Piguet timepiece.
Witnesses claim they believe the robbery was planned as they noticed there were three getaway vehicles strategically positioned to “expedite an immediate departure.”
They reportedly escaped in a Lamborghini, Mercedes, and BMW.
What an insane offseason NFL story.
