Joe Rogan has called on Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson to come clean about his steroid use.
That isn’t to say Rogan knows The Rock is juicing but joked about the former WWE superstar looking too good at his age to be doing it the natural way. The controversial podcast host was speaking on his show, The Joe Rogan Experience and, while discussing disgraced fitness influencer Brian Johnson, brought up another, more famous Johnson.
Johnson, known as the “Liver King” online, promotes an ancestral raw meat diet online but was recently exposed as a steroid user.

Rogan said he was not surprised by the development and would call The Rock out with claims Black Adam star can’t possibly be clean and has been lying.
“There’s no way you can look like that, in your 40s,” he quipped, in quotes transcribed by the NY Post. “The Rock should come clean right now.
“He should make a video in response to the Liver King video. I need to talk to you because the Rock’s been lying. There’s not a f**king chance in hell he’s clean. Not a chance in hell. As big as the Rock is, at 50? He’s so massive, and he’s so different than he was when he was 30.”
Joe Rogan Doesn’t Think The Rock Is Doing Anything Wrong, But…
While Rogan said he doesn’t think there’s anything wrong with HRT (hormone replacement therapy), he advised that The Rock should be honest about it if he’s going to post workout videos online.
“There’s a responsibility you have to people who are listening to you. If you don’t want to talk about it, that’s one thing,” he added. “But if you do talk about it, there’s a responsibility you have to people listening to you and I think you have to be honest about it, which is why I’m honest about it. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with taking hormone replacement.”
