A new courtside camera angle has emerged of the fouls Jacy Sheldon and Marina Mabrey committed on Caitlin Clark during Tuesday’s testy game between the Connecticut Sun and Indiana Fever.
Things got heated between the two clubs in the second half, beginning with Caitlin Clark drawing a foul late in the third quarter after Sheldon poked her in the eye. As the two exchanged some words, Mabrey came in and delivered a cheap shot to Clark from behind:

Tensions would grow even higher from there, with Sophie Cunningham putting Sheldon in a chokehold during her drive to the basket. That led to a scuffle between the two teams, with Cunningham, Sheldon and Connecticut guard Lindsay Allen all getting ejected:

Per ESPN’s Alexa Philippou, Mabrey’s technical foul on Caitlin Clark was later upgraded to a flagrant two, meaning she’ll receive a fine. Cunningham was also fined an undisclosed amount for her foul.
The Fever got the last laugh by cruising to an 88-71 victory. Caitlin Clark led the way for the home team 20 points, six rebounds and two assists, with Kelsey Mitchell (17 points) and Natasha Howard (16 points) also contributing aplenty offensively.
