Former Browns offensive tackle Joe Thomas retired in 2017, and the time of him hanging up his cleats for good, he weighed about 312 pounds.
That is ideal for his position, but not so much as a regular everyday human being having too carry around so much extra weight.
Back in 2018, Thomas revealed he had dropped about 50 pounds, but he wasn’t quite done with his transformation.
Fast forward to 2019, and the former all-pro looks like a shell of himself after he shared a picture of himself with former teammate Andrew Hawkins showing how insanely jacked he was.
