Ex-Georgetown B-Ball Star Victor Page Receives Lengthy Prison Sentence For Attempted Rape of GF Teen’s Daughter (VIDEO)
Victor Page’s life from basketball star at Georgetown to where it is now has to be one of saddest in recent memory.
Despite a promising college basketball career that had him playing alongside Allen Iverson, he turned into a career criminal that absolutely deserves to be in prison for the foreseeable future.
The former Georgetown basketball player was caught on camera chasing down and attacking a 17-year-old girl in an attempt to rape her before neighbors jumped in to stop him.
He found out his punishment this month.
Victor Page — the ex-Georgetown star who was caught on video brutally attacking a woman — just agreed to a plea deal that will lock him behind bars for 20 YEARS … prosecutors tell TMZ Sports.
As we previously reported … Page — who played with Allen Iverson at Georgetown — was arrested after a 17-year-old girl claimed he violently assaulted her back in December.
43-year-old Page was allegedly at the victim’s apartment in Camp Springs, Maryland on Dec. 30 when she claims he tried to rape her inside the home.
She was able to flee … but as you can see in a video obtained by TMZ Sports, he followed her outside and smothered her while she was on the ground for roughly 2 minutes.
Here’s a list of what charges Page was facing at the time:
– Attempted first-degree rape
– Attempted second-degree rape
– Attempted second-degree sexual abuse of a minor
– Second-degree child abuse
– Attempted third-degree sex offense
– Second-degree assault
– Fourth-degree attempted sex offense
Page left Georgetown after his sophomore year and went un-drafted. He was previously sentenced to 10 years in prison for 2nd degree assault in 2013, but was released early.
