Matt Stafford has found a new home.
On Saturday night, ESPN’s Adam Schefter dropped the news that the Lions were sending him to the Los Angeles Rams for a huge haul that included Jared Goff.
Check it out:
The Lions are sending Stafford to the Rams for Goff, two future first-round picks and a third-round selection.
Stafford played in all 16 games for the Lions last season as he recorded 4,084 yards, 26 touchdowns and 10 interceptions.
The 26-year-old Goff played in 15 games and threw for 3,952 yards, 20 touchdowns and 13 interceptions.
Like any trade made right now, they won’t be set in stone until the new league year begins in March.
