Top prospects for the 2022 NFL Draft have been hearing their names called throughout the night on Thursday, and one of the most notable ones is Kenny Pickett.
Back in December, Pickett had a ton of controversy surrounding him after the NCAA Rules Committee quickly banned the “fake slide” just days after the Pitt quarterback used it en route to a 58-yard rushing touchdown in the ACC Championship Game.
Pickett is having a very eventful couple of months as he recently proposed to his girlfriend, Amy Paternoster. The couple first shared photos of one another in April 2021.
The soccer player for Princeton had three goals and five assists during the 2021 season.
During his final season at Pitt, the 6-foot-3, 220-pound Pickett threw for 4,319 yards with 42 touchdowns and just seven interceptions.
In his career, Pickett had 12,303 yards, 81 touchdowns, 32 interceptions, a 62.4% completion percentage, 801 rushing yards and 20 rushing touchdowns.
