The spotlight was on Connor McDavid throughout the Edmonton Oilers’ run to the Western Conference finals in this year’s Stanley Cup Playoffs. But even with his team having been eliminated for a week now, the world’s best hockey player is still making headlines.
Unfortunately for McDavid, this time everyone isn’t talking about some insane goal he scored, or a nifty pass he made to set up a teammate. Rather, it’s his possible infidelities that are grabbing everyone’s attention.
Footage has recently surfaced on the internet that appears to show the Oilers superstar leaving a club in Austin, Texas. McDavid is clearly intoxicated in the video, as he’s being led away from the club to a car by a woman who is definitely not his girlfriend, Lauren Kyle.

There’s no doubt that the man is McDavid. That seemed to be confirmed after he turned his head when the dudes recording the footage shouted his name. As for who the female is and what they were doing together, that’ll be up to Connor and Lauren to sort out.

McDavid had himself an incredible postseason, putting up 10 goals and 33 points in just 16 contests. That all came after he led the NHL in points during the regular season with 123 in 80 games played.
