The disrespect!!! I’m not sure what that cameraman did to Deebo Samuel, but he was ruthlessly stepped over after getting blasted by the 49ers’ star wideout on a first quarter touchdown run.
After taking the pitch on a 1st-and-10 play from the Buccaneers 13-yard line, Samuel scampered down the right sideline and found a lane into the end zone for the score. Unfortunately, after crossing the goal line, he leveled a defenseless cameraman, sending him hard to the ground.
Rather than help the man up, Samuel just stepped over him. It was reminiscent of Allen Iverson stepping over Tyronn Lue in the NBA Finals.

I’m not sure if Deebo was trying to channel his inner A.I. on this play, but it looked a lot like what Iverson did to Lue back on 2001.
The Niners couldn’t have asked for a better start to their game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, as Brock Purdy’s first drive as the team’s starting quarterback resulted in a touchdown.
