Eagles defender Andrew Sendejo was simply trying to make a tackle on Packers’ Robert Tonyan when he suddenly ducked and Sendejo accidentally lit up Avonte Maddox who went down and stayed down.
He would soon be stretchered off the field and to a local hospital.
