Eminem recently opened a restaurant in Detroit called “Mom’s Spaghetti,” a reference to his hit song “Lose Yourself.” In that song, the mom’s spaghetti comes back up and ends up on his sweater, almost an omen to what would happen to a Bengals’ player.
Jackson Carman asked Twitter what local spots he should check out while in Detroit. Several people recommended he go to Eminem’s newly opened restaurant Mom’s Spaghetti.
The Cincinnati Bengals offensive lineman did just that and was spotted throwing up on the field during Sunday’s game and was then taken to the locker room with what the Bengals described as an illness. Many speculated the illness could be related to Carman recently being activated from the NFL’s COVID-19 reserve list.
On Twitter, Carman revealed that his illness came from Eminem’s restaurant. He advised others to avoid the restaurant.
Carman also “liked” the below tweet from one of the people who recommended Mom’s Spaghetti:
Cincinnati defeated Detroit 34-11 and moved to 4-2 on the season, while the Lions fell to 0-6.
