Colin Kaepernick had a very eventful night at Madison Square Garden.
He was spotted seated courtside with Spike Lee basically as a toast to the start of their new project: a multi-part docuseries for ESPN Films, in which the former 49ers quarterback tells his life story.
After the New York Knicks lost the game, Kaepernick was headed on his way out, but not until he dealt with some New York level heckling.
Outside of MSG were fans, where someone could be heard calling the ex-QB a “bum” and saying, “You could never throw a football.”
Kaepernick never looked towards the man or acknowledged him at all.
