A couple of Dallas Cowboys appeared in a commercial for a car dealership in Idaho, and it was head-scratchingly not funny.
Boise State alumnus, Cowboys offensive coordinator Kellen Moore and linebacker Leighton Vander Esch, both appeared in that commercial for the Idaho-based Kendall Auto.
Leighton Vander Esch was placed in a box labeled “not fragile” while Kellen Moore was the idea man who came in and stated the dealership should announce themselves as award winners by using Leighton Vander Esch, who was actually born and raised in the area.
The Boise State Broncos are well-represented on the Cowboys roster with five total players that include Darian Thompson, Cedrick Wilson, DeMarcus Lawrence, Tyrone Crawford, and of course, Vander Esch.
