After losing to the New England Patriots last Sunday, Jerry Jones did not mince words when he called out the Cowboys coaching staff, especially head coach Jason Garrett.
On Thursday, the Cowboys got embarrassed by the Buffalo Bills at AT&T Stadium and reporters wanted to pick his brain on what he thought about Garrett going forward now.
He was too upset to provide an answer at the moment.
He would eventually change his tune.
“I’m just not going to make a coaching change. It’s not impossible for us to do more than just show up in the playoffs,” Jones said.
The Cowboys, at 6-6, are still in first place in the NFC East, half a game ahead of the 5-6 Eagles.
Jones isn’t ready to give up on his coach just yet.
