Justin Fields has been the subject of trade rumors for weeks now, although he had a solid season for the Chicago Bears.
The quarterback may very well be playing elsewhere next term but, whichever team he’s on will likely have a much fitter QB than last term’s Justin Fields as the player has shown off a workout video in which he looks absolutely jacked.

Fields played out an impressive 2022 NFL season even as the Bears went 3-14, breaking multiple records. He looks intent on being even better in 2023 and should be encouraged by the fact that he’s been listed as a top-10 QB per NFL WAR (Wins Above Replacement).
Analytics expert Sam Hoppen ran the model on four positions recently and Fields came up as No. 10 among quarterbacks. This is mostly because he was the best rushing QB in the league by a significant margin. His passing numbers weren’t all that great though, which suggests he will have some throwing work to do too. But it’s still a great base to work off of.
