Mike Tomlin has always been a man that spoke matter-of-factly on every situation. He does not mince words and you will feel everything that comes out of his mouth.

The two sides couldn’t come to an agreement over a long-term deal, especially when it came to guaranteed dollars, so he went out got $61 million over four years from the Jets.
His replacement, James Conner, filled in nicely as he rushed for 1,470 yards from scrimmage and 14 total touchdowns in 13 games.
Despite his success, the Steelers finished the season 9-6-1 and missed the postseason.
As far as the Jets are concerned, their hope is to improve from their 4-12 record.
