For the first time ever, an official review took place on a pass interference call. It happened late in the first half of the Hall of Fame Game between the Falcons and Broncos.
With just over three minutes remaining in the second quarter, Broncos corner Linden Stephens was flagged for pass interference on a deep ball down the sideline. Broncos head coach Vic Fangio threw the challenge flag to challenge the PI call, making history in the process.
