Maybe, we need to keep Las Vegas Raiders players out of vehicles.
With a spotlight on the Las Vegas Raiders, another player is facing questions regarding his driving skills, or lack thereof. Defensive back Damon Arnette is being sued by a woman who said she was injured in a hit-and-run crash that happened back in 2020, according to Las Vegas Review Journal.
Yaneth Coromoto Casique alleges she had injuries to her head, shoulder, neck, and back and was taken to a local hospital.
When asked about the Arnette incident, Raiders interim head coach Rich Bisaccia said “We’re aware of it. We’re aware of it today. I think it’s been pushed to his lawyers and his attorneys and their team of people to handle that.”
The lawsuit was filed last month and is seeking $92,091.23 in damages.
Police reports show police ticketed Arnette with failure to stop at the scene of a crash and improper lane change.
