Terry Glenn Jr., the son of former New England Patriots wide receiver Terry Glenn, was found deceased in his home on Thursday from an apparent accidental drug overdose. According to reports, he was found unresponsive in the bathroom.
His death comes two years after his father died in a rollover crash in November 2017.
His family would soon release a statement confirming the news, saying that Terry Jr. was a “burgeoning entrepreneur, aspiring vlogger, and avid sports enthusiast following in his famous father’s footsteps. Those that knew him commented on his infectious personality- ‘he never met a stranger.'”
Glenn was greatly affected by the loss of his father, with him sending out two tweets on Thursday morning remembering his father, who died at 43.
His father was a first-round pick of the New England Patriots in 1996, spending six seasons in Foxborough and famously catching Tom Brady’s first touchdown pass of his career, becoming the first of a record 75 different players to do so.
