One free-agent player badly needs a job in the league right now so he can cut down on the child support that he owes.
The baby mother of free agent running back Ty’Son Williams is exposing him for owing her close to $80,000 in unpaid child support.
“The mother to Tyson Williams Son says he’s a deadbeat, always out partying, does very little to help out with their son, and has yet to pay a dime in child support.”
Last month, the Arizona Cardinals cut Williams from the roster. He was under contract for 2023 and will make $870,000 in salary this season.
Williams has bounced around some since his rookie campaign with the Ravens in 2021. The BYU product spent part of the 2022 season on Arizona’s practice squad and did suit up for one contest, securing a catch for a five-yard gain in the process.
He spent the 2021 season with the Baltimore Ravens, rushing for 185 yards and a score. He has 160 career offensive snaps (two last season) and 45 on special teams (five last season).
He ran for a game-high 51 yards on 10 carries in a preseason matchup with the Denver Broncos in 2023.
Here’s hoping he starts paying on that support before he finds himself behind bars.
