LeBron James wasn’t thrilled to find out that the NBA season is starting so soon after winning the NBA title, but he seems to be fired up now.

On Friday, he reacted to his team fortifying its roster by acquiring guard Dennis Schroder, Wes Matthews, and big man Montrezl Harrell.

Schroder was acquired from the Oklahoma City Thunder in return for swingman Danny Green and the 28th overall pick in Wednesday’s NBA draft.

Harrell, who won the NBA sixth man award, took his talents from the Clippers to sign with the Lakers.

Free agent guard Wesley Matthews will sign a one-year deal with the Los Angeles Lakers, with a deal that is reportedly worth $3.6 million. Matthews departs from the No. 1 team in the Eastern Conference after joining the franchise last summer on a one-year deal.
