Social Media Rips The ESPYs For Leaving Dirk Out While Honoring Retirees (TWEETS)

On Wednesday night, former New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski, former skier Lindsey Vonn and former Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade gave thanks and words of wisdom after being honored at the 2019 ESPYS for their historic careers.

It was a touching moment for all three greats, but people on social media weren’t too happy that Dallas Mavericks great Dirk was left out of this group.

Social media definitely noticed and fired off at the award show for missing out on celebrating one of the greatest players in NBA history:
