Be careful what you put on the internet because it never truly goes away.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers free agent Rob Gronkowski set social media on fire after he called out Greg A. Bedard of the Boston Sports Journal. Freezing Cold Takes resurfaced Bedard’s tweet from 12 years ago.
Gronk saw the tweet and fired back:
Bedard was quick to respond to the Buccaneers’ tight end, tweeting that he would be happy to have a conversation explaining what he was thinking back then.
In April of 2010, nobody could’ve guessed that Gronk would turn out like he would on the field. The New England Patriots selected him 42nd overall, beginning his legacy with franchise quarterback Tom Brady that extended to the Buccaneers years later.
In his career, Gronk is a four-time Super Bowl champion, 2014 NFL Comeback Player of the Year, four-time First-team All-Pro, and five-time Pro-Bowler.
We are still waiting for his decision on whether he will come back for another season.
